Customer Service can assist with general enquiries on rates, rubbish and recycling, roads and drainage maintenance, health, food safety, environment, pets, parks, resident parking permits and many other council services and facilities.
Council Customer Service Centres are open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
The City of Stonnington's Community Link has 5 language specific lines to assist non-English speaking residents. There is an additional line for all other languages and another English line for people with low literacy skills or visual impairment.
